Velna and Nelba Rivers, Poland

In Poland there is a place where two rivers – Velna and Nelba – are intersected at right angle. Moreover, due to the differences of water temperatures, different speeds and levels of currents, river waters do not mix.

This was confirmed by experiments: near the intersection the paint of different colors was poured into the water, and no mixing occurred.

Location: Wągrowiec, Poland.
