When in motion, the delightfully elaborate system of linkages inside the elephant makes the ears flap and the trunk spray water to amuse passersby.
The Marine Worlds Carousel
Another striking centerpiece is the nearly 25-meter-tall Marine Worlds Carousel. This three-tiered carousel whisks visitors down to the ocean depths to present them with a parade of sea creatures, both real and mythological. Riding atop a giant crab or guiding a mechanical squid, guests from toddlerhood into old age may get lost in their undersea adventure.
